How much does a cool room cost in Sydney?
Cost depends on the size of the room, the temperature range, panel specification and the refrigeration plant required. A small cool room is a very different budget to a multi-room cold store with remote plant. After a site visit we provide an itemised quote covering panels, doors, plant, electrical and installation.
What size cool room do I need?
It comes down to your stock volume, delivery frequency and how you rotate product — not just floor area. We assess your actual usage on site and size the room and plant accordingly, allowing room for growth so you're not rebuilding in two years.
How long does installation take?
A straightforward cool room can often be installed in a matter of days once panels and plant are on site. Larger or multi-room projects, or rooms forming part of a full fitout, are scheduled into the overall program. We'll give you a firm timeline with your quote.
Can you install a cool room in an existing venue?
Yes. We regularly retrofit cool rooms and refrigeration into operating venues, and where possible we stage the work around trading hours or a planned closure to keep your downtime to a minimum.
Do you service and repair commercial refrigeration?
Yes. We offer preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs, plus spare parts support. Regular servicing is the cheapest insurance against stock loss — most failures give warning signs well before they become a callout.
